I can’t click on the date I want
If we are booked out for a specific day, the date will not be able to be selected on the website and will be marked completely red.

Can I add a Gift Message?
Once you proceed to checkout there will be an option for you to write a gift message to the person you are sending to. None of our deliveries are sent with the billing/invoice information so be sure to leave your name so the receiver knows who is sending them a gift.

What happens if the recipient is not home when the courier is attempting delivery?
Orders will be left at the front door if the recipient is not home to accept the delivery. If the recipient is in a unit block, we will make contact using the contact number provided in the shipping address to get in touch. Unfortunately, being such a small business, re-deliveries are not currently feasible for us so it is extremely important for the recipient to be available to take delivery at the selected delivery time.

What are your delivery fees?
Delivery charges are calculated depending on location, we offer delivery to over 500 Sydney Suburbs as well as free pick up from our Cronulla store. You can calculate delivery before putting your order through. Once you have added your items to the cart, click view cart and you will be able to put the delivery area and post code in to calculate the price. If the delivery option does not change and a price is not given that means we do not deliver to that area.

Do you cater for people with special requirements?
Yes, we can provide gluten free, vegetarian & nut free boxes! All ingredients are made or prepared by chefs who hold HACCP Food Safety Certificates, Food Safety Supervisor Certificates and we also have a 5 star scores on doors NSW Food Authority Certificate. Whilst we provide the up most care and attention to avoid any cross contamination if you or the recipient have a severe allergy, please be aware that we cannot guarantee our products are completely free of traces of gluten and nuts.

Can we mix and change up the boxes?
Unfortunetly not, our boxes have been carefully designed to ensure maximum taste and quality. We can however customise boxes for bulk orders of 10 or more.

What is your cancellation policy?
Any cancellations before 48hrs of your delivery or pick up date will receive a full refund. Grazing Boxes Sydney will retain the full amount paid if your cancellation is within 48 hrs of your delivery or pick up date. This is because we would have already started preparing your order , booking delivery drives & ordered produce to fulfill your order.
